In this one-woman show, regional performer Sarah Francis takes audiences on a wacky, wild, and lovably unhinged journey into the psychic mind. Using clown, slapstick, and physical comedy, Psycho or Psychic delivers imaginative humour with playful leaps into the supernatural.
Based loosely on Francis's own experiences with visions of the future, spirits, and unborn souls, the show follows Lovable Luna an impressionable waitress who sees dead people, falls in love with strangers, and navigates a world where nothing feels quite solid or certain.
Francis is a playful and fearless performer, bending and stretching her body into arresting shapes and skilfully bringing audience members on stage to join the fun. The result is lively, messy, and full of spontaneous, interactive moments.
Psycho or Psychic is a ride with a fluid story arc, ideal for anyone who enjoys the supernatural, uncanny adventures, or theatre that thrives on spontaneity and audience participation.
Catch the last show tonight at 9pm at The Dungeon.
