Event description

Get ready to be captivated by the incredible journey of Ella Hooper, who exploded onto the Australian music scene as a teenage prodigy. At a mere 13 years old, Triple J discovered her, and by her 17th birthday, Ella was already celebrating her first number one hit with ‘Mascara.’ At 18, she shattered barriers by becoming the first woman ever to be honoured with APRA’s Songwriter of the Year award.

Following the triumphant success with the chart-topping band Killing Heidi, Ella embarked on an exhilarating solo career. Her highly anticipated album, ‘Small Town Temple,’ penned in her beloved hometown of Violet Town, marks an exciting new chapter in her artistic journey, revealing the depths of her profoundly personal song writing.

With a string of gold and platinum records and an impressive collection of four ARIA Awards, Ella Hooper’s dedication to her craft continues to shine. As she passionately declares in ‘Small Town Temple’: “Still strong, still on a mission.” Join us for an unforgettable performance and experience Ella’s incredible talent live!
