ByED is looking for artistic works from Central Coast residents who are artists and emerging creatives with and without disability who can meet the challenge of making their artwork accessible to more than one sense.
As a visual artist, have you thought about how can you make your artwork just as engaging to someone who is blind or has low vision?
If you are a sound artist have you thought about how can you make your work just as interesting to someone who is d/Deaf or hard of hearing?
If you are a writer, have you thought about how can you make your work accessible to someone who has difficulty accessing written information?
ByED challenges you to attempt the challenge of making your artwork accessible to one or more human sense- add an Alternate Dimension of interest and accessibility to your creative works and help stimulate innovation in the arts and culture industry.
If you do want support you can get in contact [email protected] (but we dare you to take the challenge first!)
